Call or email us and benefit from our first hand knowledge of the region. Let us know of the dates you have in mind and also your budget as we can custom any tour to suit any need whether luxury or budget. Please tell us everything you think we should know about your party, including ages, preferences, phobias, what you like, what you hope to experience. It all helps us when we formulate our tailored recommendations.

RECEIVE YOUR CUSTOM ITINERARY
We will send out your customised itinerary tailored to your specifications and needs and full of our recommendations to make the most out of your holiday. The itinerary at this stage is not set in stone and can be further tailored to suit your specific needs.

PAY DEPOSIT
If you are happy with your itinerary then we require a deposit to secure your booking and so we can then book your tours and lodges and make your transfer arrangements. We require a deposit of 25% of the total booking value with a minimum amount of £350 per person. This is payable up to 60 days before departure after which the full amount is payable. Once a payment has been taken the booking is deemed to confirmed and our full booking conditions apply.

CONFIRMATION
We will send you a confirmation invoice comprising of your complete itinerary together with payments and balances of the holiday.

BALANCE PAYMENT
It is 60 days until your African Adventure and the full balance must be paid.

TRAVEL DOCUMENTS
You should receive final Mud Hut Travel confrimations and travel documents (vouchers, itineraries and contacts) approximately 3 weeks before departure!

Throughout this whole process you will have the same specialist handling your booking from start to finish, we handle our bookings as though they were our own holidays to ensure complete satisfaction.
